Lose the Weight/Grow the hair

So I am starting this blog to chronicle my weight loss and hair growth journey.

Food

Breakfast:
  • Corn Pops w/whole milk

Snacks:

  • Popcorn (half a bag) shared with RL, Buttered
  • Six Oreos

Lunch:

  • Zatarain's Alfredo Chicken
  • Drumstick, barbequed

Water:

  • 4 glasses/will drink 1 liter before the end of the day.

Hair

Ok, so I decided to give my hair a break for awhile because when I washed it Sunday, there was a hell of a lot going down the drain. :( I decided to wear my hair in a pony pulled back. For some reason this thick shit is STILL wet! A whole day has passed, wtf???
